Sadie and Josie's Bakery is now up and running to meet the needs of our community in Clark County and surrounding areas. Sadie and Josie's Bakery is one of a kind, a commercial mobile bakery located in La Center, Washington! Sadie and Josie are sisters that worked at Save On Foods in Woodland, Washington for 11 years. After the store closed its doors the sisters decided to start a mobile bakery so they could keep serving fresh baked goods to the customers they had come to know. Our expectations are to put out the very best tasting wholesome baked goods using the highest quality products. Baking everything from scratch, not from pre-mixes, or bake off. Like Sadie and Josie say, "Scratch is not scratching the top of a box while opening it," it is going to the bakery kitchen and getting out the real flour, sugar, butter, eggs, milk, etc. Just think about it, fresh baked breads, rolls, cookies, muffins, scones, pies, pastries, and cakes of all sorts and sizes, (birthday, wedding, and specialty cakes too). As of February 27, 2008, we started being in business as Sadie and Josie's Bakery, Inc., it took almost a year to get through all the paperwork, approvals, and permits. Now with all this behind us we are looking forward to providing many years of great service! We will be working on our web site, so keep checking back in!
